Cheese Master Classes and Tastings

Academy of Cheese Courses in Yorkshire and Lanashire

These events encompass different formats, from talks with the cheese makers (such as Sam Holden of Hafod Cheddar and Graham Kirkham of Kirkham’s Lancashire), to presentations on specific cheeses, the history of British cheese, cheese and wine matching, and making cheese.  Events take place in our bespoke underground cheese-maturing cellar (they can also be booked for private events or in your own home!)
