Cheese Master Classes and Tastings

As well as selling fine cheese online and in the specialist shop near Settle, The Courtyard Dairy frequently carries out cheese tastings and cheese master classes.  Currently only virtual zoom tastings are being carried out, for more details click here >.

These events encompass different formats, from talks with the cheese makers (such as Sam Holden of Hafod Cheddar and Graham Kirkham of Kirkham’s Lancashire), to presentations on specific cheeses, the history of British cheese, cheese and wine matching, and making cheese.

Cheese master classes and cheese tastings take place at The Courtyard and at Food Festivals, and they can also be booked for private events or in your own home!  Email [email protected] or telephone 01729 823 291 for more details.
