How to use your voucher

Updated Sept 2021.

If you want to use a Courtyard Dairy voucher that you have received, simply add the product(s) you want to purchase to your shopping basket (cart) then, to redeem the value of your voucher, enter your voucher’s unique code at the ‘View Basket / View Cart’ phase, OR later at the checkout phase.  For more detailed information or assistance, read on below.

If you have a Virtual Cheese Tasting voucher:

• To use this voucher simply select one of the dates listed on the Virtual Cheese Tasting Courses category available online here >.  Once you’ve chosen the tasting you’d like, add it to your shopping basket.
• If you then click ‘View Cart’ you will see a space to insert your voucher’s unique code: do so, then click ‘Apply Coupon’, which will redeem the value of the voucher.  See the top image below.
  OR at checkout insert your voucher’s unique code after clicking ‘Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code’, then click ‘Apply Coupon’, which will redeem the value of the voucher.  See the bottom image below.
• The voucher is valid for a Virtual Cheese Tasting priced at £34 but you can select a course with drinks and pay the difference.
  You will be emailed a Zoom link to enable you to join the tasting session.
  The cheeses (and drinks if ordered) will be delivered to you in advance (please follow the delivery date instructions on the webpage).
• (These voucher can also be redeemed against the home cheese tasting packs (with pre-recorded video) if you do not want to attend a live event.)

If you have a Virtual Cheese Tasting with Drinks voucher:

• To use this voucher simply select one of the dates listed on the Virtual Cheese Tasting Courses category available online here >.  Each tasting has a ‘Cheese only’ and a ‘Cheese & wine’ (or beer/ cider) option within the product page.  Make sure you choose the ‘Cheese & wine’ (or beer/ cider) option from the drop down list, then add it to your shopping basket (cart).
• If you then click ‘View Cart’ you will see a space to insert your voucher’s unique code: do so, then click ‘Apply Coupon’, which will redeem the value of the voucher.  See the top image below.
  OR at checkout insert your voucher’s unique code after clicking ‘Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code’, then click ‘Apply Coupon’, which will redeem the value of the voucher.  See the bottom image below.
• The voucher is valid for a Virtual Cheese Tasting that includes Drinks priced at £57.  The Blue Cheese with Port tasting is priced at £67 and will require you to pay an extra £10 at checkout.
  You will be emailed a Zoom link to enable you to join the tasting session.
  The cheeses and drinks will be delivered to you in advance (please follow the delivery date instructions on the webpage).

If you have a Monetary Value or Cheese Course Voucher:

• To use one or more of these vouchers, simply add products you want to purchase to your shopping basket (cart).  In the case of the Cheese Course vouchers, select a date from those listed here >
• If you then click ‘View Cart’ you will see a space to insert your voucher’s unique code: do so, then click ‘Apply Coupon’, which will redeem the value of the voucher.  See the top image below.
  OR at checkout insert your voucher’s unique code after clicking ‘Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code’, then click ‘Apply Coupon’, which will redeem the value of the voucher.  See the bottom image below.
• You can redeem more than one voucher by inserting the unique codes one at a time, clicking ‘Apply Coupon’ after inserting each unique code.
