Earlier this year, the BBC’s One Show visited The Courtyard Dairy’s stall at The Great Yorkshire Show to get help making goats cheese.
Presenter Lucy Siegle’s freshly goats’ milk was then transformed into a delicious goats cheese by Andy at The Courtyard Dairy before being professionally judged!
