Each of the cheeses is selected at the farm and imported direct, before being matured near Settle in perfect conditions (not locked away in a cold store!)

Having worked for top restaurants throughout the UK before choosing cheese as a career, Andy and Kathy Swinscoe will work with you to select the best selection of cheese for your establishment.  Detailed information on the cheese, training for your staff (at your establishment, in the Courtyard Dairy shop and on visits to cheese makers) will then be provided, as well as efficient on-going service (and, of course, the best cheese you can find).
