This cheese and wine hamper includes:

Gorgonzola Dolce.  Pasturised cows’ milk.  500g.
Marco Arrigoni makes one of the finest Gorgonzola Dolce available: rich, winey and luscious, with just a subtle hint of blue.

Tunworth Camembert.  Pasteurised cows’ milk.  250g.
An English Camembert good enough to make a Frenchman weep: vegetal, porcini-flavoured and intense.  The Courtyard Dairy selects only particular Tunworths that are more wrinkled, for a more intense flavour.

Kirkham’s Lancashire.  Unpasteurised cows’ milk.  500g.
Third-generation Lancashire-maker Graham still follows the traditional two-day curd method, giving a buttery, yoghurty flavour with a fluffy and light texture that melts in the mouth.  The Courtyard Dairy is one of only two shops which still have Kirkham’s Lancashire made for them in a traditional 25kg (56lb) wheel.  This size ages slower, producing a better, longer-lasting flavour.

Water Crackers.  100g.
A neutral water cracker that is deliciously crisp and toasty.  A perfect accompaniment to any cheese.

Yorkshire Chorizo.  Approx. 100g.
Chris Wildman’s family have been butchers since the 1800s.  Taking the business in a new direction, Chris farms high up in the Yorkshire Dales at Kirkby-Malham, whilst also producing this spicy chorizo using his own (and local Yorkshire) pork.

Quince Paste.  200g.
A classic Membrillo (Quince) paste made in Spain.  A great alternative to preserves and grapes with cheese.

Isle of Arran Oatcakes.  180g.
Isle of Arran Oaties are the perfect oatcakes to go with cheese, with a crisp crunch and rich, nutty, caramelised flavour.  Oatcakes made in the traditional way and baked by hand by Wooley’s in Scotland.

Red Onion and Apple Chutney.  210g.
Great chutney made with red onions and apples, a touch of chilli and a bit of sweetness.  Perfect for all cheeses, especially soft cheese.

Ciello Rosso – Nero d’ Avola (75cl, 13.5% abv).
Made by one of Italy’s foremost biodynamic winemakers.  This classic Italian red is a medium bodied red-wine, with spicy and red-fruit aromas.

All packed in the attractive wicker hamper (included) as pictured.

This product will have two weeks’ shelf life from the date of delivery.  Conveniently, at checkout you can choose a delivery date even well in the future if you would like your cheese delivering for a specific event.
The beer/wine is sold and dispatched by Buon Vino at the same time as your cheese.

Ingredients in Red Onion and Apple chutney: Onions (32%), Apples (32%), Sugar, White Wine Vinegar (sulphites), Red Chilli Peppers, Salt, Cloves.

Ingredients in chorizo: British pork, salt, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, paprika extract, garlic, preservatives – sodium nitrate and nitrate

Ingredients in quince paste: quince, sugar, lemon juice, Pectine, Citric Acid and Benzoic Acid. Made in an environment where mustard and nuts are used.
