You’ll see why cheese and cider is a match made in heaven and has been done for hundreds of years.
Each parcel includes six 100g portions of the finest farmhouse British cheeses (Dorstone, Lancashire, Hafod Cheddar, Baron Brie, Aged Old Winchester, Young Buck Blue), and five bottles of the very best craft ciders and perrys – made by inspirational cider brewers Thornborough and Oliver’s: 330ml of Thornborough’s classic cider, Oliver’s Rolling Perry, Oliver’s Pomona Blend, Gold Rush Barrel Fermented and a 750ml Keeved Perry.
The pack has enough cheese for 2-4 people to enjoy at home. Includes a tasting sheet, matching guidance, scorecard, map and flavour wheel.

In this delivery you will receive the cheeses and cider to be tasted and matched, plus a tasting sheet, scorecard, pairing information, map and flavour wheel, as well as the TinyURL link, enabling you to view a 30-minute engaging pre-recorded video guiding all participants through your cheese tasting, which you can share with multiple participating households using zoom. The video covers tasting the cheeses with the ciders one at a time, giving the background and stories, and a brief history of British cheeses, as well as answering some frequently asked questions such as ‘is the rind edible?’, ‘what is unpasteurised cheese?’, etc.).
Please order packs separately for each household if more than one household will be enjoying the same tasting.
Special requests (such as no goats’, vegetarian only, no blue cheese) can be accommodated, but some of the cheeses may not then be covered on the pre-recorded videos.

Ingredients in cheeses: Milk, salt, cheese cultures (egg in Lysosome in Old Winchester) and rennet.
The box will include 4 x 330ml and 1 x 750ml cider, some ciders contain sulphites and vary in alcohol from 3.5% abv to 6.5%. All ciders are naturally fermented and made from 100% juice.
