Virtual Cheese Tasting: Meet the Maker: Martin Gott (22nd February)
Meet the cheesemaker and taste his cheeses.
A tutored online cheese tasting delivered via Zoom.
Join Andy of The Courtyard Dairy and cheesemaker Martin Gott at 6pm on Monday 22nd February as they guide you through four cheeses made by Martin (and his partner, Nicola) on their farm, discussing their flavours, their histories, how they’re made and why a good cheesemonger would be delighted with them.
The session lasts one hour and includes four 130g portions of cheese – that’s enough for two people to enjoy the tasting. The ‘Cheese & Wine’ option also includes two half bottles of wine – a red and a white, matched to your cheese.
Includes delivery to a mainland UK address.
