Wine Society Cheese Tasting Box: Summer Pairings (3rd July)
A tutored tasting pack of the finest Summer cheese and wine
Join Andy of The Courtyard Dairy, and Gil of The Wine Society, live on Zoom on Friday 3rd July at 6pm (catch-up recording available afterwards on YouTube).
Gil and Andy will guide you through six of the very best seasonal summer cheeses; matched to some crisp refreshing summer wines – discussing in detail each of the cheese and wine’s background, history, development and the reasons for pairing….
The session lasts one hour and includes six different cheeses – enough for two people to enjoy the tasting.

This online virtual cheese tasting will include a range of the summer cheeses developed in the UK: fresher cheeses ideal to match to crisp wines. Also included is a tasting sheet and detailed information. Expect delicate, fresh cheeses matched with vibrant whites, refreshing rosés and other crisp wine styles that capture the feel of summer. Cheeses include: Settle Soft, Stonebeck, Cote Hill Lindum, Rollright, Summerfield, Devon Blue.
If you want to take part in the interactive cheese tasting, at the online checkout choose for the parcel to be delivered on either 30th June or 1st July.
You will be emailed a Zoom link to enable you to join the live cheese tasting session led by the owner of The Courtyard Dairy, Andy Swinscoe and Gil, Events Manager from The Wine Society.
If you can’t make the live virtual tasting, don’t worry – it is recorded so it can made available for you to view at a time that suits you.
