Corleggy

Currently maturing, in the meantime why not try Chevin Goat.

German in-style, but Irish in character, Corleggy is a semi-hard goats’ cheese made by hand by Tom and his (German) Mum Silke, deep within central Ireland.
Aged for 6 months, the flavour is delicately goat-y but with a sweet, herbaceous finish.
