Made in April 2019, one wheel of Parmesan has been matured for SEVEN years to reach perfect maturity right now.
This unique tasting pack includes 250g of that special cheese, as well as 250g of the 24 month version from the same dairy – so you can compare the differences an extra five years of ageing makes to flavour, texture and intensity.
The tasting pack also comes with serving suggestions and a five minute video on the history of Parmesan with details of this producer.

This product will have two weeks shelf life from the date of delivery. Conveniently, at checkout you can choose a delivery date even well in the future if you would like your cheese delivering for a specific event.
