A tutored online cheese and charcuterie tasting delivered via Zoom.
Join Andy of The Courtyard Dairy at 7pm on Sunday 17th May as he guides you through four classic Italian cheeses and two historic Tuscan salames, discussing their flavours, their histories, why Tuscany became such an iconic cheese-making place and why a good cheesemonger would be delighted with them.
The session lasts one hour and includes four 80g portions of cheese, and two 80g portions of salame – that’s enough for two people to enjoy the tasting. The ‘Cheese & wine’ option also includes two half-bottles of Tuscan wine with the cheese and charcuterie.
Includes delivery to a mainland UK address.

This online virtual cheese tasting will include a range of classic Tuscan cheeses and charcuterie. Also included are a tasting sheet and detailed information.
If you want to take part in the interactive cheese tasting, at the online checkout choose for your parcel of cheese to be delivered 13th or 14th May. You will be emailed a Zoom link to enable you to join the joint video cheese tasting session led by the owner of The Courtyard Dairy, Andy Swinscoe.
If you have any special requests (e.g. no goats’ or blue cheese), make this clear in the ‘Special Instructions’ box at checkout so they can be accommodated.
Included in the optional wine package are two half-bottles of Tuscan Wine as well as the cheese and charcuterie. You must be over 18 to purchase the wine package.
If you can’t make the live virtual tasting, don’t worry – it is recorded so it can made available for you to view at a time that suits you. If that’s what you’d like, just mention it in the ‘Special Instructions’ box at checkout.

Ingredients in cheeses: Milk, salt, cheese cultures and rennet.
Ingredients in charcuterie: pork, salt, chili, natural spices (inc. pepper, wild fennel and paprika), potassium nitrate curing salt, ascorbic acid, dextrose.
