Fionagh’s Sourdough Crackers
Traditional sourdough crispbread, using a long slow fermented sourdough and rye flour, before being rolled and baked wafer thin to provide a crisp neutral cracker that is the perfect accompaniment to any cheese.

Spiced Plum Chutney
Elspeth Biltoft started making preserves in 1989, since when she has become renowned as one of the best chutney and jam makers in the country.  Her success has a lot to do with the quality of the ingredients she uses (and only when they’re in season), which combined with her ethos of selecting only the best and most natural ingredients shows a dedication towards quality which shines through all of Rosebud’s products.

Ingredients: Plums (49%), onions, apples, raisins, unrefined sugar, malt vinegar (barley), fresh garlic, sea salt, ground ginger, allspice, ground cloves, cinnamon.  May include fruit stones.
