Pioneers in gluten-free products, Kent & Fraser started in 2009 as a small scale bakery dedicated to making quality produce.

Their ‘Toast’ creation was developed in 2015 and involves packing the gluten-free bread full of berries and nuts (in this case cranberry, almond and sunflower seeds) before twice baking them and then slicing them wafer thin.

Perfect with creamy, soft cheeses like Baron Bigod Brie and Tunworth.
