A traditional Raclette grill designed and made in Switzerland: swing half wheels of Raclette cheese under the grill until the cheese is bubbling, brown and piping-hot, then scrape it off onto soft new potatoes.

A half-wheel raclette machine that easily fits half wheels of Raclette (circa 2.5 – 4 Kg). Depending on conditions (cheese temperature / room temperature, etc.) this serves roughly 50 portions an hour.
Adjustable height to get the bubbling Raclette close to the grill.
