Valentine’s Day Cheese Selection

Heart-shaped Chaser Brie. Pasteurised cows’ milk. 250g.
A triple-cream cheese, a classic of the French Parisian style.  Extra cream is added to the milk before making the Chaser cheese, ensuring it has a rich, delectable flavour and smooth texture.

Amalthea Heart or Dorstone (round). Unpasteurised goats’ milk. 180g.
Britain’s most outstanding goats’ milk cheeses.  Sold at only three weeks old by The Courtyard Dairy – at that stage these fresh goats’ milk cheese from still has a mousse-like texture, a lemony-fresh flavour and just a hint of goat.

Sparkenhoe Vintage red Leicester. Unpasteurised cows’ milk. 250g.
This version of Sparkenhoe is the vintage profile; aged for 14 months, which gives it a strong, powerful flavour.

Stag Water Biscuits.  150g.
A neutral water cracker that is deliciously crisp and toasty.  Made in Stornoway; a perfect accompaniment to any cheese.

This product will have two weeks shelf life from the date of delivery.  Conveniently, at checkout you can choose a delivery date even well in the future if you would like your cheese delivering for a specific event.
