Heart-shaped Baron Bigod Brie. Pasteurised cows’ milk. 250g.
Baron Bigod is Britain’s first unpasteurised Brie to be made on the farm in traditional large wheels, ladled by hand with milk from the farm’s French-bred Montbeliarde cows. It is aged to perfect ripeness, with a rich buttery softness towards the rind contrasted by a fresh, lactic core. The French will be jealous…

Britain’s most outstanding goats’ milk cheeses. Sold at only three weeks old by The Courtyard Dairy – at that stage these fresh goats’ milk cheese from still has a mousse-like texture, a lemony-fresh flavour and just a hint of goat.
Sparkenhoe Vintage red Leicester. Unpasteurised cows’ milk. 250g.
This version of Sparkenhoe is the vintage profile; aged for 14 months, which gives it a strong, powerful flavour.
