This selection contains four outstanding farmhouse cheeses: the soft rich washed-rind St James, the buttery, lactic Kirkham’s Lancashire, a tangy, rich 18-month Hafod Cheddar, and a soft creamy Cote Hill Blue.

This wedding cheese board includes:
St James: rich and pungent washed-rind from Cumbria. Unpasteurised sheep’s milk. (If out of season, this will be replaced with Rollright.)
Kirkham’s Lancashire: buttery, light, creamy Lancashire. Unpasteurised cows’ milk.
Hafod Cheddar: complex and rich Cheddar from Wales. Pasteurised cows’ milk, organic.
Cote Hill Blue: smooth and creamy blue from Lincolnshire. Unpasteurised cows’ milk.
1kg will serve 7-10 people.
Please make sure, that you arrange the delivery to yourself or the venue/caterers to be at least two days before the event (and not a Friday) to allow for contingencies. The cheese will then need to be kept refrigerated until the event and will have two weeks shelf life from the date of delivery. Conveniently, at checkout you can choose a delivery date even well in the future if you would like your cheese delivering for a specific event.
