‘Opal’ is a five tiered cheese cake tower containing a fresh goats’ milk cheese, a rich  triple-cream brie-style, a strong and tangy Cheddar-style, a soft blue-brie and creamy Lancashire.
Ideal for 50-75 people, 5.8kg cheese.

‘Opal’ cheese cake tower includes:

Dorstone: fresh, light goats’ cheese.  Unpasteurised, goats’ milk.  180g.
Finn: rich triple-cream Brie-style.  Unpasteurised, cows’ milk, vegetarian.  200g.
Mini Mature Cheddar Truckle: tangy.  Unpasteurised, cows’ milk, vegetarian, organic.  1kg.  Depending on maturity this may occasionally be replaced with a milder cheddar/dales-style truckle. If you specifically want one or the other do ask.
Cote Hill Blue: creamy rich blue.  Unpasteurised, cows’ milk, vegetarian.  1.3kg.
Kirkham’s Lancashire: buttery and lactic.  Unpasteurised, cows’ milk.  3.3kg.

Decorations and flowers are not included because they are best left for you to match to your wedding.

Please make sure, that you arrange the delivery to yourself or the venue/caterers to be at least two days before the event (and not a Friday) to allow for contingencies.  The cheese will then need to be kept refrigerated until the event and will have two weeks shelf life from the date of delivery.  Conveniently, at checkout you can choose a delivery date even well in the future if you would like your cheese delivering for a specific event.
