A traditional Raclette grill designed by Fabian Zimmerli: swing blocks of Raclette cheese under the grill until the cheese is bubbling, brown and piping-hot, then scrape it off onto soft new potatoes.

Stöckli was founded in 1874. Today it is directed by Jean-Fritz Stöckli (the fourth generation of the Stöckli family to run the business). They are well known for bringing top chic designer products to the fondue and raclette market as well as for inventing the raclette grill for the home (in 1971).
