Le Lesc Blanc
Refreshing, crisp and citrusy.
Made by a small co-operative of local vineyard owners in the town of Saint-Mont in South of France. They use the regional grapes Colombard and Ugni Blanc, to make an easy-drinking white wine is refreshing, crisp and citrusy.
Great for all soft and milder cheeses like Lancashire and younger Gruyere.
