Ilkley Brewery was created in 2009, the first brewery in the town since 1920, and has gone from being an eight-barrel microbrewery to one of the most renowned small brewers in Yorkshire.
Using traditional Yorkshire ale-making techniques combined with fresh, interesting hops from America and beyond, they have created some outstanding beers.
