Suitable for cooking meat on top and cheese below. This chic raclette machine comes with eight enamelled cheese pans, spatulas and a non-stick aluminium grill plate, with, on top, a ridged non-stick grill pan that allows fat to run off and be collected in a container, reducing smoke and splashes/spitting of the meat oil.
Stöckli was founded in 1874. Today it is directed by Jean-Fritz Stöckli (the fourth generation of the Stöckli family to run the business). They are well known for bringing top chic designer products to the fondue and raclette market as well as for inventing the raclette grill for the home (in 1971). They have deservedly won many design awards.
