More about this

Made in the classic French lactic-style, Bi Caillou is fresh and grassy, with herbaceous notes.  The rich flavour comes from the diverse pasture in the Limousin.  The cheese is coated with (vegetable) ash then allowed to form a natural mould rind.

Complex deep unfettered verdant taste and with a robust texture, put this cheese in a top category of its own.
